Below are the answers to some of our frequently asked questions, which you may find useful prior to enrolment. If you have further questions, or your question is not found below, please feel free to contact the centre.

What ages do you cater for?
Central Gardens Childcare is equipped and staffed to manage children between 0 and 6 years of age.
How does the fee structure work?
Once your enrolment has been accepted (see below), an enrolment two-week bond is applicable. We will then require a completed Ezi-Debit form, nominating a method of payment. Fess must be paid on a weekly basis to Central Gardens Childcare.
How do I find out more about the Child Care Rebate?
Speak to our staff, or visit the useful links section of our site to be connected to the government information on the rebate.
My child is due to start school next year, is there a way to prepare them for this transition?
We have a School Readiness Program that helps to prepare your child for school. If you are worried about the transition period, speak to our helpful staff for more information on what you can do at home.
How do I know my children will get the attention they need while they are at child care?
We comply with all national standards for carer-to-child ratios. All of our staff have undergone significant child care training to help them identify the needs of each individual child.
I work irregular hours, which means some days my child has to be at care earlier than others. Is that a problem?
No. We have extended operating hours to ensure that working parents are still able to drop their children to care each day. We also understand that hours can change, so we can be flexible if need be.
How do I go about enrolling at Central Gardens Childcare?
Speak to our staff about availability. We will also provide you with the chance to view the facility and make sure it is suitable for your child. Then we require a completed enrolment form and payment of the enrolment bond.
Does our child have to be immunised before attending Central Gardens Childcare?
Yes. Before your child is allowed to attend child care with us, a record of immunisation must be provided.
Do you provide make up days for public holidays?
If your child's regular attendance day falls on a public holiday, the centre does offer make up days.
